Thanks for another awesome call! And thank you for being so welcoming to our special guests as well!

On this call we played with a bunch of EPIC stuff including:

[10:10] How to ask for referrals from current clients in a way that doesn’t feel salesy or desperate and instead feels enthusiastic and joyful!

[30:22] A conversation around the differences between and appropriate times to use “deep coaching” vs. “problem solving” with clients (this one is great especially if you judge yourself for not coaching “deeply” enough sometimes).

[41:30] How to coach a client who is a co-founder of a company who is very aggressive with their team which has created a less than ideal culture especially when the client seems resistant and maybe even uncoachable around that topic.

[1:03:10] What to do when you are hired to give a talk and the terms for the engagement seem to infringe upon your intellectual property which has lead feeling upset and losing motivation to create / deliver the talk. AND how to generally not take things like this personally so we can respond from Self-Leadership instead of reacting from Prisoner Mode.

[01:18:08] How to stay in an enthusiastic place of leadership when having the “renewal” conversation with a client.

[1:23:30] Deciding whether or not to obtain ICF credentials / certification and the difference between playing to WIN and playing not to LOSE.
